Baramulla: Body of a missing 27-year-old youth was recovered on Sunday in this north Kashmir district, a police spokesman said.
He said yesterday at 1100 hrs a report was lodged that one Parvez Ahmad Kamil, resident Veernar, Baramulla was missing from his house.
He said police launched a search to trace him utilising all resources. Many people including those who he had remained mostly in his contact were questioned.
However today in the late afternoon his dead body was found in an apple orchard in village Kachwa, Chandusa.
The apparent cause of death seems to be poisoning, he said adding bead body is being taken to hospital for post-mortem.
Case has been registered and investigation taken up, spokesman said.
