Shopian: Clashes broke out between government forces and youth during a cordon and search operation at Chowan Keller area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports said that government forces cordoned off Chowan village after receiving inputs about the presence of militants there.
However, as the search operation commenced, groups of youth took to roads and pelted stones on the Forces.
