Jammu/April,16: The counsel for accused constable Tilak Raj, in the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in Kathua, has said that he has not been provided with the copy of the full chargesheet.
Talking to reports the counsel of the accused Aseem Sahni said “Full charge sheet copy has not been provided to us. We are depending on information from social media. We are handicapped,” counsel Aseem Sahni said.
