Poonch: With the efforts of district administration, the Mughal road is opened Thursday which was closed last day due to snowfall and avalanches in upper areas this side from Chatta Pani to Peer ki Gali.
On learning the stranded of vehicles on the road the DC Poonch, Mohammed Aijaz pressed men and machinery and ordered for its restoration on immediate basis.
Acting upon the orders, Mughal road authorities (Division Bufliaz) acted swiftly and started snow clearance operations.
DC Poonch Mohammad Aijaz has informed that the road is open for the traffic and vehicles can move on Mughal road.
