New Delhi/April,13: In a case regarding Kathua gangrape, Delhi HC has ussued notices to several media houses disclosing identity of eight-year-old who was gangraped and killed in Kathua.
HC issues notices to several media houses who disclosed identity of Kathua victim, asks why action should not be against them.
In Kathua gangrape, HC takes up issue on its own after coming across print and electronic media reports revealing victim’s name.
