Srinagar: Lashing out at Lawyers over blocking challan in eight year child’s rape and murder, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir expressed surprise over this move and described it as politically motivated, obnoxious and conspiracy to achieve something out of this heinous crime.
“The act of hindering the justice process amounts to endorsement of heinous crimes. Shame on them,” Mir in a statement said, “When the Lawyers representing people in the Court indulge in such shameless acts, what would one expect from them. This is obnoxious, the height of shamelessness and unfortunate act on the Part of Lawyers.”
“Preventing CB from producing the challan in eight year of rape and murder is highly unfortunate, condemnable, vulgarity on the part of lawyers,” he added. (KNS)
