Udhampur: Nehru Yuva Kendra Udhampur seeks youth from district Udhampur and Reasi to help channelize their energies and capabilities towards nation building activities by organizing them into volunteer Groups.
The youth between the age group 18 to 29, as on 1st April, 2018 and minimum educational qualification of 10th pass are eligible whereas regular students are not eligible for applying to NYV volunteer ship.
Volunteer groups shall be asked to spearhead campaigns/ awareness program about health, literacy, sanitation, gender and other social issues and may also be called upon to assist the administration in emergency or implementation of various programs.
