Srinagar/April,3: A 22-year-old Kangan youth admitted in critical condition at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura Monday evening, succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
Hospital sources while confirming the death said that the injured Kangan youth, had suffered a firearm injury in his head Monday this week.
While the locals said that Rather was hit by a bullet, Jammu and Kashmir Police claimed that he fell down during a police chase and suffered a head injury after hitting a drain edge.
