Srinagar: An overnight cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) launched by the government forces in Pastuna village of Tral in Pulwama district ended Tuesday after nearly sixteen hours.
An official said that CASO was launched in the area Monday night after “specific inputs” about the presence of militants.
The operation continued through the night and ended Tuesday after door-to-door searches by the forces.
