Srinagar: Police Station Nigeen organised a sports event at Gilikadal Zoonimar, Srinagar under Civic Action Programme (CAP).
SP Hazratbal Amod Nagpure formally inaugurated the event accompanied by SDPO Soura Rameez Rashid and SHO Zadibal Shahnawaz Ahmad .
Hundreds of youth and students of area participated enthusiastically in kho-kho, chess, badminton & chess. The winners were awarded and all participants were encouraged by the SP Hazratbal, SDPO Soura and SHO Zadibal.
The aim of such event was to impart and inculcate the sense of discipline, sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participants.
The locals hailed this effort of J&K Police. This will continue under the aegis of District Police Srinagar.
