Srinagar: On the strength of search warrants, Budgam Police conducted searches in Samboora and Bijbehara.
Police in a statement issued Wednesday morning said Continuing investigation of a sensitive case registered at Budgam, search warrants were obtained from the competent court and accordingly three places in Bijbehara and Samboora were searched. Pertinently the assistance of Anantnag police and Awantipora police were taken in the search besides independent witnesses.
Incriminating materials recovered during the search have been duly processed for judicial endorsement. Investigation of the case is under progress.
