Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday visited slain militant Eisa Fazili’s residence and expressed sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family, a spokesperson said in a statement issued here.
“On the occasion Mirwaiz Umar Farooq paid glowing tributes to the slain militant and offered Fatiha for the departed soul,” the spokesperson said.
On March 12, Fazili was killed along with two associates in a gunfight with government forces in Hakoora area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
