Jammu: The Government has appointed Ayushman Singh Kotwal, Advocate as Standing Counsel for Delhi High Court and Subordinate Courts at Delhi including the cases of Resident Commission, New Delhi on the terms and conditions as laid down in the Government Order No: 1754-LD(Estt) of2013 dated 16.05.2013 read with Government Order No. 2002-LD(A) of2017 dated 08.06.2017.
According to an order issued by the Law Department, the engagement shall be for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the order and shall be terminable on one month’s notice formeither side.
