Unquestioned is the support of BJP ministers to criminals

BJP itself questioning the right of NC MLA Akbar Lone to shout “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans won’t probably be asked to give explanations on the attendance of its ministers at the “Hindu Ekta Munch” rally called for support to two SPOs arrested on charges of rape-n-murder of a minor Bakerwal girl in Heeranagar area of Kathua district. Though political morality demands that Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti calls for explanation from the BJP ministers of her coalition government for daring to attend the “Hindu Ekta Munch” rally called for support to two SPOs arrested on charges of rape-n-murder of a minor Bakerwal girl in Heeranagar area of Kathua district but she won’t dare to so keeping in view her helpless before the BJP central high command contradiction her every statement on policy matters like dialogue with Pakistan. Probably for the first time in the post 1947 history of India the BJP ministers part of a decision to probe a rape-n-murder of a girl have come out to attend a rally called for support to the two accused already arrested by the police and shockingly chief minister is silent over the participation of her ministers in a rally called for support to the accused already arrested by the police. The highly questionable activity of the BJP ministers of the Mehbooba led coalition government has come barely two weeks after the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti herself assured the assembly that the investigation of the rape-n-murder of Kathua minor girl would be taken to logical conclusion and culprits wuld be punished sternly. Since Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti as per her institutional, constitutional and administrative responsibilities is bound to call for explanations from the BJP ministers for trying to communalise a criminal activity for furthering the bigger causes of religious polarization , her promise of taking the investigation of Kathua girl murder case to logical conclusion would be judged by the response she shows against the highly condemnable and objectionable activity of the BJP minister at a rally called for support to those name accused in the Kathua girl murder case and arrested by the police in short time .
Silence of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti over the BJP’s ministers’ attendance at “Hindu Ekta Munch” rally called in Kathua two days back would by all probabilities further erode the already erorded faith of people in the investigation of the Kathua girl murder case which has been handed over to the crime branch of Jammu & Kashmir police by the state cabinet of which BJP ministers are a part.
