Bandipora: Hajin town of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district shuts for second consecutive day against the death of a non-local Lashkar-e-Taiba militant.
Abu Haris was injured in fire fight with government forces after which he succumbed to his injuries. He was buried by locals at Khos Mohalla Hajin amid pro-freedom slogans.
To mourn his death Hajin town observed shutdown on Wednesday. All the shops and business establishments remained shut while transport also remained off the roads.
