Srinagar: Amid border flare up along the Line of Control(LOC) in north Kashmir’s Uri, cross LoC bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad will ply as per schedule, officials said.
“The cross LoC bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffrabad will run as per schedule on Monday,” said Sub Divisional Magistrate Uri D Sagar. He said as a normal procedure scrutiny of the documents of passengers travelling in Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus is being done, after which they will be allowed to move.
There has been an escalation along LoC near Uri from past week which has forced Uri residents living in close proximity to LoC migrate towards safer locations.
