Jammu:Minister of State for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control and Cooperative, Mir Zahoor Ahmad and Deputy Speaker, Legislative Assembly, Nazir Ahmad Gurezi have expressed grief over the demise of daughter of MLA, Kargil, Asgar Ali Karbalai, who passed away Friday at Mumbai.
