Jammu: J&K Police in collaboration with HDFC Bank Tuesday inaugurated plantation drive at KotBhalwal Jammu.
Zubair Iqbal, Senior Vice President and Circle /State Head HDFC along with cluster heads of HDFC Sachin Mahajan and Pervinder Singh besides staff of J&K Police CTI KotBhalwal including Principal Central Training Institute Khalid Ashraf Dy. SP were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Zubair Iqbal lauded the efforts of J&K Police for proactive role in community policing, organising financial literacy worshops, traffic management though barricading and secure banking programs.
Speaking about Corporate Social Responsibility, he said CSR is all about developing a business model that not only creates economic value but also contributes to a healthy ecosystem and strong communities.
He further said partnering with J&K Police in Plantation Drive is our commitment towards Go Green Initiative.
Speaking on this occasion, Principal CTI said this noble initiative is also the brainchild of outgoing Commandant General HG/CD & SDRF J&K Jammu Dilbag Singh who took the initiative with support from HDFC Bank when he assumed the charge of Commandant General HG/CD & SDRF J&K.
Principal CTI, HG/CD KotBhalwal thanked Zubair Iqbal and his team from HDFC Bank for their financial cooperation in this noble endeavor.
