Srinagar: Government Forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation after exchange of firing with militants in Malangpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that militant fired upon Guard Posts of Air Force Station while security guards also retaliated. The exchange of firing continued for some time.
Reports said that shortly after the incident, Government Forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to hunt the militants.
