Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police has warned that action will be taken against all those who are spreading wrong information on social media.
A police spokesman said onSunday afternoon that it has come the notice that some unscrupulous elements are updating wrong information that internet services will be shut down in South Kashmir.
The information is far from the truth, he said adding that these reports are highly mischievous and misleading. Hence refuted.
He warned that action will be taken against such elements.
