Secy reads messages in LC pertaining to FCs

Jammu: Secretary, Legislative Council, Abdul Majid Bhat, Monday read a message in the Upper House pertaining to the motions regarding election of Financial Committees adopted by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on 9th February, 2018.
Similarly, the Secretary read another message regarding the “ The Jammu and Kashmir State Road Safety Council Bill, 2018” (L.A. Private Members Bill No:11 0f 2018), “The Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Bill, 2018 (L.A Bill No: 10 of 2018), “ The Jammu and Kashmir State Commission for Backward Classes (Amendment) Bill, 2018” (L. A. Bill No: 12 of 2018), “The Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2018” (L.A. Bill No 13 of 2018), “The Jammu and Kashmir Transfer of Property (Amendment) Bill, 2018 (L. A. Bill No:14 of 2018), and “ Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2014” (L.A Bill No 18 of 2018), for recommendation and passing of the Legislative Council.
The Secretary informed the House that the bills have been passed by the Legislative Assembly at its sitting held on 10th February, 2018.
