Jammu: The legislative Council Friday passed a “Bill to amend the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature Members’ Pension Act, 1984 (LA Private Members’ Bill No 25 of 2018) for consideration.
Earlier, Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura on behalf of Minister for Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs, Abdul Rehman Veeri Friday moved the bill for passing in the house.
The House passed the Bill with Voice vote and subsequently returned it.
