Jammu: Special Director General of Police, V.K Singh, Wednesday inaugurated newly introduced Cross Fit Section of Addiction Gym and Spa at Channi Himmat, Jammu.
Addiction Gym and Spa is one of the oldest gyms in Jammu offering fitness services of cardio, strength, steam and sauna to its members since 2009. Cross Fit is an alternate form of workout which incorporate high intensity internal training, Olympic weight lifting and aerobic exercises for both men and women.
V.K Singh made a round and enquired about the different fitness systems installed in the gym. He hoped that the gym will prove beneficial to the youth. Singh was briefed about the different facilities and fitness regimes.
