Ang: Additional District Development Commissioner Anantnag, Reyaz Ahmad Sofi Thursday flagged-off a group of 15 fish farmers on exposure tour under Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) scheme.
It was said the aim of organizing exposure tours for the fish farmers is to aware them about latest and scientific techniques of fish farming.
Further, it was said as many as 140 fish farming units are functioning in Anantnag under private sector and the total production in private sector has touched to 15 tonnes.
