Alleged Sex Scandal: PDP legislator demands action against guilty

Jammu: Ruling People’s Democratic Party legislator from Noorabad in South Kashmir Abdul Majeed Padroo has refuted the allegations leveled against him by a woman from his Constituency.
He was talking to reporters Monday outside State Assembly in Jammu.
Pertinently, an alleged sex scandal has surfaced in Kulgam. Media reports suggest that the statement of the girl that has gone viral may be the tip of the ice-berg only while a major nexus can’t be ruled out.
While clearing his position, Padroo said that being the representative of his constituency, anybody can visit or phone him. “I condemn whatever has happened. It is the duty of police to investigate the case. I appeal SSP Kulgam to thoroughly investigate the case and expose the culprits. Whosoever is found involved in this racket should be punished under law,” Padroo said.
