Kupwara: District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jehangir Monday flagged-off a group of 34 progressive farmers on an exposure progressive tour under Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) scheme.
The farmers will visit various Agriculture Universities in Punjab during the five-day tour which will help them to acquaint themselves with modern agriculture techniques.
The Chief Agriculture Officer Kupwara District Agriculture Officer, other officers, instructors, departmental experts were also present on the occasion.
