Srinagar: Mobile Internet service was suspended in north Kashmir parts on Saturday night amid reports of trapping of a top militant in an area cordoned off by the forces.
Reports said that the Internet services were shut in Baramulla district after the authorities ordered their suspension in view of the operation launched in frontier district of Kupwara. They said that forces launched the operation in Tikipora area of Lolab after inputs about the presence of a top militant commander.Further details are awaited.
