Pulwama: Suspected militants on Friday night lobbed a grenade at police station Pulwama. However, there was no immediate report of any casualties.
An official said the grenade was hurled at the police station at 6:40 PM on Friday.
“The grenade exploded inside the compound of police station Pulwama but no one was injured in the attack. The militants later fired from somewhere far and managed to escape from the spot,” he said.
Meanwhile, army’s Rashtriya Rifles, Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF troopers rushed to the area and launched searches to nab the assailants.
