Jammu: The deputy speaker of Legislative Assembly Nazir Ahmad Gurezi on Wednesday told the House that Independent MLA from Langate Er Rasheed should join the House and participate in the proceedings.
“Yesterday Er Rashid sahab held protests inside House and tried to waste time of the House and I had to order Marshals to take him out but he should come and attend the House,” Gurezi said. On Tuesday, Rasheed said he will boycott the rest of the proceedings to protest an “assault by Marshalls and non-locals”.
‘No case registered against Hafiz Saeed, henceforth no action against him’, Says Pak PM
Islamabad:Pakistan has saìd that there is no case registered in the country against alleged 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed and thus no action would be taken against him.
In an interview with Pakistan’s Geo TV, the country’s prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said action can be taken against an individual only when there is a case against them.
“Action is taken when there is a case registered [against someone],” said Abbasi, according to the report, when asked about Saeed, the Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief, who was recently released from house arrest on the order of the Lahore high court.
