Jammu: A student was crushed to death by speedily driven tipper in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“A student identified as Liyaqat Ahmed,17, son of Abdul Latief, resident of Pogal, Banihal on Sunday afternoon was hit by a tipper near Masjid Chowk, Maitra,” police here said.
They said that the deceased was returning from his tuition.
“He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries,” police added.
However, police have launched manhunt to nab the tipper driver, who is at large.
