Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir Cements Limited (JKCL) has registered a sale of Rs 82.5 crore during the current financial year, so far.
This was stated at a meeting chaired by JKCL Vice Chairman, Er. Nazir Ahmad Yatoo Thursday to review the progress of the organization.
It was informed that sales recorded by the organization this fiscal have improved compared to last 3 years. It was resolved that the production and sales targets fixed for the current financial year will be achieved by end of March 2018.
During the meeting, the Vice Chairman also reviewed monthly revenues achieved viz-a-viz expenditure incurred by the company and stressed upon the management to utilize full efforts to improve the efficiency in every field.
He expressed optimism about JKCL becoming biggest manufacturing industry of the State in the near future and reposed full trust in workers and the Management of the Corporation.
DGM, FA&CAO, Company Secretary, Heads of Administration, Engineering, Sales, Environment, IT, RD&QA wings and other concerned officers were present at the meeting.
