Dhaka: A least seven persons including a tax official were killed and 24 others sustained injuries when a bus hit an autorickshaw here in Feni district on Saturday.
According to police, the incident took place at around 1930 hrs on Feni-Noakhali road at Amirgaon area when Saiful, the bus driver lost control over the wheels while giving way to vehicles and rammed into an autorickshaw.
Daganbhuiyan police station OC Abul Kalam Azad confirmed with UNI that the bus on its way to Chittagong from Raipur of Lakshmipur. Three bus passengers and the autorickshaw driver died on the spot while four others died in a hospital later.
