Srinagar: Police has sought help from people to trace a woman, who is missing from her house since January 5 in the city outskirts.
A police spokesman said here Sunday afternoon that Police Station Soura received a complaint from one person Irshad Ahmad Shiekh son of Mohammad Aslam Shiekh resident of Mandibal Nowshera that his wife namely Waheeda Akhter about 24 years old left her home on January 5 and did not return back.
He said on receiving this information, a report was lodged and investigation to trace out the missing woman has been started.
Anybody having any information regarding the missing woman may please contact Police.
