Jammu: One of the leading Government schools of Jammu city, the Government Girls High School Gandhi Nagar Monday celebrated its annual Day coinciding with the first day of New Year.
Minister for Education, Altaf Bukhari, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta and Minister of state for Education and Culture, Priya Sethi joined the Jubilant students in the celebration at the prestigious Teachers Bhawan at the school premises.
A scintillating cultural show by the students featuring classical, folk music and dance, skits on teacher student relationship and social issues presented by the students left the jam-packed audience spell bound.

The Minister for Education, the Speaker, and Minister of state for Education applauded the performance of the students and congratulated them for studying in the best school with a highly qualified team of teachers for educating them.
