Kulgam: Police have refuted the reports circulated by some people on social media networking sites that a new youth from South Kashmir’s Kulgam district has joined Hizbul Mujhadeen militant outfit.
District police administration Kulgam has clarified that Hilal Ahmad Wani alias Maaz son of Muhammad Akram Wani resident of Machwa has joined HM militant outfit on 14-07-2015. He has done 10+2 and had later on joined PhysiotherapyTechnician Course in Jammu which he had left after joining the militant ranks.
Police has taken a serious note of the rumour mongers and strict action will be taken against them.
