Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Baseer Ahmad Khan Friday reviewed the working of Horticulture department wherein he stressed on the need to all projects in a time bound manner.
The Div Com chaired the meeting in which DDC Srinagar, Director Horticulture and other officials of the department participated.
The Div Com directed the officials to complete the survey report already undertaken by the department at the earliest and submit it to Div Com office by Monday. He said the report is essential for the progress of the vital horticulture sector and will go a long way in devising a roadmap for overall developmental.
The Div Com also directed the officials to complete all the formalities like formulating and verification of voters list for holding of elections of cooperative societies. He said the election should be held at the earliest.
