Jammu: District Development Commissioner Kumar Rajeev Ranjan chaired a meeting to review various schemes being implemented by Rural Development Department viz. MGNREGA, SBM, 14th FC, MPLADS, BADP, here Friday.
While reviewing Swacch Bharat Mission (SBM), DDC directed District Panchayat Officer and BDOs to expedite the construction of IHHL for completion of target fixed under the scheme and declare the District ODF by end of financial Year 2017-18.
He also directed ACD and BDOs to achieve the target regarding generation of PD, updating of status on MIS, freezing of DPRs and Geo tagging of works under MGNREGA by 30th of December, 2017.
The progress of MPLADS, CDF and BADP was also reviewed and DDC impressed upon concerned to complete the works taken up under these schemes within 15 days.
