Jammu/Dec,13: Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered the appointment of Rishi Suri as media consultant in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the engagement of Mr. Rishi Suri, S/o Mr. Navin Suri, R/o Milap No.4, Fourth Avenue, Bandh Road, Gadaipur, New Delhi, as Media Consultant in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat,” said an order, issued by the General Administration Department.
The consultant, according to the order, will draw a consolidated pay of Rs 50,000 per month.
“Honoured to be appointed as a Media Consultant to the J&K Chief Minister @MehboobaMufti ji. Looking fwd to working with her & her team towards the betterment of the state & the country,” said Suri, in a tweet. Suri is the editor at Urdu newspaper ‘Daily Milap’.
