Jammu: Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh Thursday said the surge in GDP growth from 5.7 to 6.3% for the latest quarter is the vindication of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s economic policies which are aimed at making India one of the leading economic power.
Dr Singh said it is a befitting reply to the elements who were trying to mislead the people. He said the steps and financial reforms like a demonetization and GST have started showing positive results on grounds and will ensure that country’s economic profile gets the requisite boost and will ensure India emerges as one of the leading economies.
