OGW surrenders before army in south Kashmir

Srinagar: An over ground worker (OGW) of militants has surrendered before army in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, reports said on Wednesday.
They said that Altaf Sheikh was a close confidante of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Toiba who are operating in Qaimoh belt of Kulgam district. Before Sheikh, two militants – one of them Majid Khan, an ace footballer – returned home following an emotional appeal by their parents
