Surat/Nov,26: Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley that Lashkar e Toiba militant outfits won’t last long now in Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a rally in poll-bound Gujarat’s Surat, Jaitley said whoever becomes the Lashkar commander will not last very long. “Their condition is such that whoever becomes the Lashkar commander does not live for many days,” Jaitley said.
He also lashed out at Pakistan for releasing 26/11 mumbai attack accused Hafiz Saeed two days before India marked the anniversary of the horrific attacks. “Hafiz Saeed was released by Pakistan just two days before the anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attack. In such cases, the other countries will stand in unison to oppose a country that backs terrorism. They will find no place in the global family,” he said. He added that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir has improved after a cash squeeze that was brought about due to the roll out of the demonetisation drive on November 8 last year.
