Rajòuri: Police has registered an FIR against two students who allegedly didn’t stand up when national anthem was being played at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) in Rajouri district on Wednesday.
Reports said that the FIR was registered after a video purportedly showing the two students taking a selfie while the anthem was being played during a varsity function.
Governor N N Vohra was the chief guest at the function. Earlier, an official of the district administration said that they have taken cognizance of the matter.
