Jammu: A group of media students drawn from several Colleges of the State called on the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here Saturday. The group had been to New Delhi to attend the Golden jubilee celebrations of the Press Council of India.
The Chief Minister enquired from the students about their impressions about their visit and advised them to pen down their experiences to share it with a wider audience.
The students informed Mehbooba Mufti about their experiences of the visit. They also sought more student interactions and holding of events in which they can display their talent.
During the trip, the group of students visited many media institutions and interacted with many dignitaries of media in the national capital.
Director Information, Muneer ul Islam and other officers were present on the occasion.
