Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Hirdesh Kumar, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Power
Development Department. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Commissioner/Secretary
to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
