Jammu: Chief Secretary, B B Vyas Friday chaired a meeting here to review the implementation of the Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) in the state and to discuss the proposals of various departments for bringing more services under its purview.
Principal Secretary, Home, Commissioner/Secretary GAD, Secretary Law Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, Secretary Horticulture and other senior officers attended the meeting.
Chief Secretary urged the concerned Administrative Secretaries to expedite the process of bringing additional services across various departments under the purview of the PSGA and ensure its effective implementation for the benefit of the people.
The proposals discussed related to the inclusion of additional services in the departments of Home, Revenue & Horticulture. GAD was asked to process these proposals immediately.
