Kupwara: A live grenade was found outside Deputy Commissioner Office Kupwara on Thursday morning.
Reports said that traffic was disrupted for sometime while bomb disposal squad was called in to diffuse the grenade.
“The grenade was found near DC office Kupwara which was later on diffused by Bomb Disposal Squad,” a police official said adding that traffic was restored and life turned normal after the grenade was diffused.
“A case has been registered and investigation taken up,” police official said.
