Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association on Monday suspended the work in courts as a mark of respect to Advocate N D Kapra who passed away yesterday (Sunday).
It is unanimously decided by the general body to suspend the work in all the courts today as a mark of respect to the deceased advocate ND Kapra who has passed yesterday,” a statement issued by the association said. It also requested all the lawyers to “cooperate with the decision besides requesting judges not to “pass adverse orders on account of the non-appearance of lawyers.”
