Tral: Suspected militants on Friday attacked the residence of ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Sources said that a grenade was lobbed at the residence of Mushtaq Shah in Old town area of Tral.
The legislator was not present in the house at the time of the attack.
Sources said that suspected militants also opened fire, which was retaliated by the security guards.
There was no report of any loss to life or the property.
An official said that a search operation was launched to nab the assailants.
