FCS&CA dept revises rates of cooked food items in Jammu city

Jammu: Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department (FCS&CA), Jammu Friday revised the rates of cooked food items for dhabhas falling in Municipal limit of Jammu.

The rates were revised at a meeting of Price Consultative Committee held under the Chairmanship of Director FCS&CA, Jammu after holding detailed discussion with the stakeholders.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of Dhaba Union Jammu Province, representatives from Consumer Protection Organization and Consumer Welfare Organization along and Officers from Legal Metrology Department, Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department and FCS&CA Department.

At the outset of the meeting, previous rates fixed by the Department were discussed and after a threadbare discussion, the stake holders agreed on revised rates of cooked food items being served at Dhabas within Municipal Limits Jammu.

The revised rates approved by the committee are:-
