Srinagar: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh has condemned the killing of off-duty Border Security Force (BSF) personnel, Rameez Ahmad Parray at his home in Hajin area of Bandipora district late last night.
Dr Singh said the heinous crime has been committed by the forces inimical to peace in the state and they want to push the state into the vortex of chaos and violence, which should be condemned by every section of the society. He said it is equally sad to know that the Jawan was killed when he had come to join his family in the valley and was killed in cold blood.
Dr Singh while conveying sympathies with the bereaved family maintained that the sacrifices rendered by our Jawans would not go a waste and would be recorded in history as commendable.
